Tofu Salad



・100 g Tofu
・Your favorite vegetables, such as lettuce, tomato and broccoli
・Fried onion

・2 tbsp. olive oil
・1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
・1 tbsp. anchovy paste
・1 tsp. honey
・some salt and black pepper to taste
・Soy sauce to taste


1. Wrap the tofu with a paper towel and put a weight on it to drain
(You can heat the tofu in a microwave for 1 minute to drain, after wrapping with a paper towel)
2. Cut the tofu into dice
3. Mix all ingredients for dressing
4. Place the tofu and vegetables on a plate and add fried onion as a topping
5. Put a dressing and serve
