Tofu is a generous food to wrap any taste of other ingredients and it goes well with yoghurt or spice. Enjoy the aromatic spice and silky tofu texture.
・70 g tofu
・40 g Greek yogurt (or drained normal yogurt)
・1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
・2 tsp curry powder
・1 tsp ginger
・some cayenne pepper
・some salt and pepper
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Adjust the taste with some salt and pepper. Serve it with crackers.
