Yuzu-kosho is made of chili and yuzu (Japanese citrus) paste. It is really hot and you can adjust the amount if you like. Enjoy the hot and refreshing taste!
・ 1 tsp. yuzu-kosho
・ 20 leafs basil
・ 1 clove garlic
・ 1 tsp. pine nuts
・ 40 ml extra virgin olive oil
・ 1 pinch of salt
1. Put all the ingredient into a blender.
2. Serve it with pan-fried fish.
