Yuzu-kosho is made of chili and yuzu (Japanese citrus) paste. So I use yuzu-kosho instead of chili and lemon juice from original salsa sauce. Yuzu-kosho goes well with Mexican salsa sauce!
・ 1 tomato (deseeded and chopped)
・ 1/4 onion (chopped)
・ 1 clove garlic (chopped)
・ 1/4 red bell pepper (chopped)
・ 1/4 greed bell pepper (chopped)
・ 1 tbsp. coriander (chopped)
・ 1 tsp. yuzu-kosho
・ some salt and pepper to taste
・ tortilla chips
1. Mix all the ingredient in a bowl.
2. Serve with tortilla chips.
